12 Week All-In-One Programme – £400

This is an programme that gives you everything other a 12 week period. It includes:

  • Two Personal Training Sessions a week
  • 12 Week Gym Workout Programme
  • Nutrition Advice (finding the best method for you)
  • 1-2-1 Shopping trip
  • 24 Hour Contact with me

 Small Group Personal Training – £12-15 each

Great way to break down the cost of sessions. It is also great for partners or friends looking to get in shape together.

2-2-1 sessions are also really fun and can add that extra motivation that you need to complete your own goals.

Nutrition Advice – Included in all Personal Training Packages

Nutrition is vital to achieving any goal or life change. Food is our fuel and is fundamental to losing weight, add muscle and maintaining weight.

I believe in a system that is called flexible dieting. This system is perfect for those who like food and want to be able to have different foods everyday, but remain healthy and on track.
