”I attend Jamie’s bootcamps every week, alongside other classes at my local leisure centre. Jamie’s bootcamp is a great mix of cardio, resistance training, balance and flexibility all of which improving my fitness. Every week Jamie does something different in his class so you never know what you are going to be doing form week to week. What you can expect is lots of fun and laughter. It is great to get out in the fresh air and have a great instructor motivating you. He doesn’t push you to far or shout at you that will make you want to give up however his constant encouragement and his belief in you that you can is some humbling.
I have also spoken to Jamie about some personal goals at the end of the session and he is always willing to offer great advice and support. I would highly recommend Jamie as a personal trainer and his bootcamp session is great way to expel any stress you may have.”
